Introductory Workshop
Ages: 5 - 12
All materials included. (However, if students have their own materials they would like to learn to use, they are welcome to bring those to the workshop too.)
This workshop is designed for beginners interested in exploring the art of charcoal drawing. Participants will learn the fundamental techniques and skills necessary to create expressive and dynamic charcoal artworks. The workshop will cover the following topics:
Materials Overview: Introduction to different types of charcoal, paper, and tools.
Basic Techniques: Understanding shading, blending, and line work.
