About the event

Ages: 13 & up

Pre-registration encouraged

Walk-ins also welcome

All classes will include time for journaling.

These journals are person and will not be read or looked through.

These are for private creation and reflection for each student.

They will be used for writing, sketching, doodling and reflecting.

Each student will need to bring a journal or sketchbook with them to each session.

These may be purchased (4P Studios has a collection of hand-made journals made by artist, Callan Flack), or purchased elsewhere by the participant.

Any journal that brings you joy and curiosity to open it, is perfect.

All therapeutic classes are for age 13 years and older. The class intention is built for any human who recognizes they have feelings and emotions. Sometimes they are bigger seeming than ourselves and it would be nice to direct them somewhere other than our thoughts and bodies, this class is for that.

Therapeutic art is about feeling better. Therapeutic Art is for all skill levels and is all about finding the healing properties in the act of creating, releasing with the lack of expectation of what is made and journaling through the emotional and feeling process.

We also make some really cool stuff!

Classes are led by Alexandrea Johnson

4P Studios artist
