This class is perfect for the beginner clay student looking to experience hand building pottery, while creating a beautiful wearable set of ceramic jewelry. Those with more advanced skills will have this session tailored to their experience level. Students will select their three best creations for the instructor to fire and glaze.
Students are asked to wear closed toe shoes, clothes they don't mind getting dirty, and to bring a clean towel with them to class (in most cases, the clay will wash out of clothing and towels).
Please keep in mind that pottery is a process. The time you will spend in class is for learning beginner/intermediate skills and for making your beautiful creations. At the end of your session, your instructor will have you select your glaze choices from a selection of studio glazes.
