This class is perfect for the intermediate/advanced clay student looking to hone both hand building AND pottery on the wheel skills!

Ages: 16 & up

Please keep in mind, pottery is a process. The time you will spend in class is for learning intermediate/advanced skills and for making your beautiful creations.

During your session, your instructor will inform you about the scheduled "glaze day", which is open to all students taking pottery throughout the quarter. You are welcome to attend this session, free of charge to learn about what it takes to glaze your bisqued pieces. You are not required to attend the glaze session - normally held on a Saturday. However, if you are not able to attend, the instructor of your session will select the best glazes for your pieces. The anticipated time from the end of your class session for the studio to contact you to pick up your completed projects is about 6-8 weeks from the scheduled glaze day.

All works will be food safe, unless otherwise noted by your instructor when the works are picked up.

For the sake of longevity, we strongly recommend hand-washing your items and not using the items in the microwave or oven.
